Hellecomfort.com offers free shipping on all domestic orders placed on our website, with no minimum order sizes or special exceptions.
Customers outside the US need to pay duty and freight in addition to the cost of the merchandise. Please contact our customer service : firstname.lastname@example.org for payment.

Your Credit Card will be charged when you place your order (The Purchase Date), if we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason, the charge will be reversed.
All orders will be shipped within 48 hours, Monday – Friday, via UPS ground.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to the warehouse for a refund, subject to the following terms and conditions:
You can send an email to email@example.com to request a return label. You will be provided with a pre-paid UPS domestic return label.
Helle Comfort will charge $10 for returns; exchanges are free of charge.
You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the Purchase Date.
Merchandise must be in the condition as when received, and in the original box and/or packaging.Worn merchandise cannot be returned. Upon arrival in our warehouse, the merchandise will be inspected to determine if it meets our return terms and conditions. If it does, approval will be given for the return and a credit processed as indicated below.
Return shipping cost is $10 per pair of shoes, or $10 for any scarves returned, according to the Return Policy.
Once your return is received and inspected by the fulfillment centers (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
